We use publicly available metadata from services like IMDb.com such as movie titles, cast lists, poster thumbnails, and runtime. No proprietary content or reviews are stored or redistributed. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Data is used strictly for non-commercial discovery, attribution, and educational use. We do not sell, license, or syndicate third-party metadata, and our use cases are editorial or transformative in nature.
Where required, we provide direct attribution links, such as “More Info on IMDb” linking to a valid IMDb page. API terms are followed per provider specifications.
Our use qualifies under Fair Use (17 U.S.C. §107) based on purpose (non-commercial, transformative), nature (public metadata), amount (limited data), and market effect (non-substitutionary).
